Though, Manzanillo is the root of my business' name. Mar Y Sol, "Sea and Sun" so fitting for just a girl born in a city by the sea. My journey has taken me through hospitality, medical, and corporate work, all of which helped shape how I serve people with professionalism, compassion, and care in my treatment room today. I come from a humble and diverse background, and I wanted to create a space that feels calm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. My goal is that you leave feeling refreshed, confident, and seen. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for all clients, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may be charged up to 100% of the reserved service amount. Future appointments may require prepayment.
Late Arrival Policy: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to shorten their service or reschedule, depending on availability, to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.
New Client Reservation Policy: A valid card on file is required to reserve appointments. Certain services may require a deposit that will be applied to the final service total.
Gift Card Policy: All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
